At Heart Strong Fitness, our trainers have over 8 years experience.

We have either Exercise Physiologist or Practicing Kinesiology certifications with specializations in:

  • Cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Complex physiological or chronic conditions
  • Injury rehabilitation
  • General fitness
  • Sports conditioning

Having trainers with different expertise allows us to work with a broad range of clients: from healthy active individuals to those with chronic conditions and injuries.

Choose between 3, 5 or 10 session packages to suit your needs best.

We recommend a 3 session package for clients who are new to Heart Strong Fitness as we assess your level of aerobic fitness, balance, core, strength and mobility/flexibility.

5 session packages are best used for clients who mainly exercise independently and would like a periodic check in for technique and regression/progression of exercises.

A 10 session package is for those who are new to activity and need a little more 1 on 1 help to develop an individualized program. 10 sessions allows for time to learn exercises and learn progression/regressions as needed.
