Group Workouts

Our group workout classes provide customized program in a group setting. Programs are created to get the most out of your cardio, strength, balance and stretching. This is a great way to compliment your one on one sessions and to get another workout in during the week. Come complete your workout under the supervision of a Practicing Kinesiologist.

A 3 session package is recommended before joining the class to become confident and comfortable with your program.

Thursday nights 6:30-7:30pm. 4 sessions for $60 + GST.

I really wanted to thank you so much for these past 2 months. I still can hear your voice in my head telling me what not to do (not to over do it hahaha) and what to do of course.

The dynamic of the group was excellent!

As for the benefits I can see in me: I am really amazed by the fact that my knees do not hurt anymore - that means so much for exercising, and dancing being part of it, and amazed as well by the obvious improvement in my strength in so many fields.
