Sarah has worked for the past 6 years helping personally funded and privately funded clients realize their goals in both a one-on-one and group setting.

She assisted in the startup of the Island Health supported Take Heart Exercise Program at Strathcona Gardens and was the chief facilitator for two years.  She also assisted with the start up of the Comox Valley CardioPulmonary Wellness Program.  She worked as a kinesiologist in a government funded community based, supervised exercise program for people with chronic conditions in Calgary, Alberta for five years.  She also worked as a personal trainer at the Glencoe Club, one of Calgary’s most prestigious clubs.

In addition to her clinical experience, she has taken walking pole, osteoporosis, cancer and exercise, lifestyle coaching, weight management and functional strengthening courses.  Her focus is on finding a realistic, efficient and effective exercise and active living program for her clients, based on evidence based guidelines. She is comfortable corresponding with your physician, physiotherapist, or other health professional about any concerns she has regarding your past conditions, symptoms and about your progress.
