Robyn has five years’ experience as a Practicing Kinesiologist in exercise therapy, occupational rehabilitation and ergonomics.  She studied Kinesiology at University of Alberta and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.  She is now accepting clients with a wide range of abilities and challenges – all athletes, from general fitness to geriatric. 

She is passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation and her infectious enthusiasm and knowledge makes her a pleasure to work with.  She has experience with rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries, persistent pain and general conditioning. She will be facilitating the Heart Strong Fitness class throughout the summer. Robyn also works as a Rehab Assistant at Comox Valley Seniors Village.

Robyn moved to Vancouver Island from Alberta permanently in 2011. She enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that the island has to offer including skiing, ocean combing, gardening and running. She recently finished her first half marathon in 2016 and is looking to continue in more events. Robyn enjoys travelling and has explored South East Asia, South America and Europe. Most recently, she spent over 1 year in Australia.
