Small Group Sessions

Customized programs in a group setting and supervised to get the most out of your cardio, strength, balance and stretching.  A 3-session package is recommended prior to registering for the Heart Strong Class and Weekly Workouts with Stacy.

Heart Strong Class

Registration is ongoing and participants do have some flexibility to switch between classes if space allows.  Five person maximum, and clients have an individualized program, supervision during their exercises and learn when to progress and regress exercises depending on their goals and conditions.  Prepay for 12 sessions.

M/W 10:00-11:30 July 15-Aug 25 $18/session

September 8 to December 2017

M/W 12:30-2pm with Robyn $18/session

T/Th 10:30-12pm with Sarah $18/session (targeted to those with cardiopulmonary conditions)

Group Workouts with Stacy

Th 7:15-8:15pm $15/class X 4 sessions

T 6:30am-7:30am $15/class X 4 sessions

This is a great way to compliment one-on-one private sessions.

Water Based Class with Robyn

4-person maximum in a private pool.  Group warm-up, then individualized program

Couch to 5km Training

$120/12 weeks and includes 45-minute initial consult and pre-program aerobic fitness test to assess your current fitness level and create an individualized program.  Various education topics to promote a long term habit and prevent injury

M/W 6pm-7:30pm

10 km Training program

Tentative – Mon/Thurs nights – run 10km faster!

5km+ Trail Running Program

$120/12 weeks and includes 45-minute initial consult and pre-program aerobic fitness test to assess your current fitness level and create an individualized program.  Various education topics, strengthening and stretch to promote a long term habit and prevent injury.  Must be able to jog most of 5km.

Guided trail hikes with Sarah

Fridays 10:15am $60 Sept 15-Oct 27 (no walk Oct 6)

Learn a different trail each week, get tips on how to stay active throughout the summer, learn about warm-up, cool down and stretching for walkers/hikers!  Must be able to walk 5-6km in about 1 hour as we will cover 5-8km.
